How often we clean depends on the amount of traffic and use certain rooms get.

Perhaps the hallway, family room, and stairs should be cleaned every 6 to 9 months because you have lots of children and two dogs. If the hallway, family room, and stairs are only lightly used and you clean up spots and spills as they occur, maybe the carpet should be cleaned every 12 months. 

 

Our best advice?

Clean your carpets every 12 -18 months or when they start to bother you.
