What we quote you is what you pay. Period.
Here's how we create an estimate (which are always free):
Empty room
room with unmoved furniture
We measure the size of the area, considering if the room is empty or has furniture.
We won't charge to clean a whole room if it doesn't need it. We only charge for what we clean.
For example, in a bedroom with a bed, nightstands, and dresser, we're not cleaning under those areas so we don't charge for under those areas.
And we always take 10% off for first time clients!
